Authorized borrowers
- All citizens of San Juan
- All citizens of Hidalgo County
- TexShare card holders
- A patron may check out 10 books including books on tape for duration of two (2) weeks.
- Adults can check out 4 DVDs for (3) days.
- All borrowers are responsible for returning the material on time and in the same condition as it was checked out.
Fines and Fees:
The following fees were approved by the Mayor and the City Commission of the City of San Juan:

Lost or Damaged Material:
The Library will charge the borrowers for lost items or materials damaged beyond repair.
The fee charged will be the price of the material plus the processing fee.
